Workspace, preferably 2-8 ft. tables Electrical outlet, (1) 110v outlet, optional Trash/compost receptacle Refrigeration/display case, preferably 2-door glass, if possible Signage Parking passes and admission tickets/badge Hotel for the duration of the fair I provide: Black tablecloth and skirting with my logo. All needed tools All needed produce Appropriate liability insurance, $1,000,000 ENTHUSIASM up the ..........!!!!! I carve all day, non-stop to various music pieces. I interact with the guests by carving little trinkets for them ( carrot jewelry, hairpieces, etc.). Usually my time is 11am-8pm. My normal rate is $725/day in California and $800/day elsewhere, and is payable at the conclusion of the fair. So, there you have it!! How's that sound? Call me if you have any questions!!
